Annexe t's & c's
Booking deposit of 20% of total cost to be enclosed with booking form (refundable if booking cancelled more than 3 months before arrival date).
Balance of payment and Refundable damages deposit / excess cleaning charge of £50 to be made no later then 4 weeks prior to arrival. Damages in excess of this deposit will be charged at cost. It is expected that the building will be left clean. Excessive additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please bring indoor shoes for use in the building.
Visitors are required to vacate the building by 9.30am on the day of departure.
The Glebe Barn has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the Annexe.
Gas, electricity and central heating are included in the cost.
Transport of luggage to and from the pier will be provided. A mini-bus is available for hire by prior arrangement. Please contact us if any of your party have mobility restrictions (e.g. use of bunk beds, etc).
Travel insurance. We are unable to offer refunds for cancelled or postponed ferry sailings. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover this possibility.
